William Nicholas Triant, 75, passed away peacefully at the Kaplan Family Hospice House. Will was born in Boston on September 15, 1946. He was the son of the late Nicholas and Helen (Theophiles) Triant. Will is survived by his wife of 33 years, Gail (Sanborn) Triant. He is also survived by his sister Penny Kanellos and her husband Nick of Peabody, his brothers Ross and his wife Kiki of Chelsea, Dimitri of Charlotte, NC and his twin brother George and his wife Janet of Winthrop. Also by his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Dave and Kathy Sanborn of Gloucester and many special nieces and nephews.
Will was a 1964 graduate of Chelsea High School and then attended Northeastern University. He taught math and science for 35 years in the Salem Public School system. Will enjoyed golf, basketball and spending time with family and friends at their house in Bridgton, Maine.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to visitation on Monday evening from 4-7:30pm at Mackey Funeral Home, 128 S. Main St., Rt. 114, Middleton, MA. (kindly wear a mask). A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11 am at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 54 S Common St, Lynn, MA at 11 am. (meet at church). Burial at Annunciation Cemetery Danvers.
