Suzanne Strojny Obituary

Suzanne Gail (Warren) Strojny, 78, passed February 12, 2022, at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers. Born in Haverhill, she was a lifelong resident of Danvers. She worked for many years as a nurse’s aide at Danvers State Hospital and at Twin Oaks Nursing Home. She was a life member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed crocheting and lots of crafts. 
She was predeceased by her husband Gregory Strojny whom they shared 44 years of marriage, as well as three sisters Nadine Ingalls, Linda Ambrose and Sharon Rankin. She is survived by her two daughters Laura Sard of Danvers and Jean Ricigliano of Virginia. Two sisters Elaine Hilton of North Carolina and Jean Pigeon of New Hampshire, two sister-in-laws Michelle McGuiness of Boxford and Barbara Collins of Boston. Her grandchildren William G Sard and his wife Jessica of Maryland and Christina Peterson and her husband Andrew of Florida and Sydney Emond of Beverly. Two great-grandsons Gavin Sard and Jameson Peterson both of Florida. Plus several nieces and nephews. 

Family and friends are kindly invited to Celebration of Life visiting hours on Saturday, Feb., 19th from 1-3pm at the Mackey Funeral Home, 128 S. Main St., Rt. 114, Middleton, MA. To share a memory or offer a condolence, please visit www.mackeyfuneralhome.com.
