Ruth Albright Obituary

Ruth Louise (Britner) Albright, affectionately known as Ruthie, left this world on August 25, 2024, at the age of 69, in Newburyport, Massachusetts. Ruthie was born on November 15, 1954, in Lynn, Massachusetts. Greeting Ruthie in Heaven are her parents, Frank and Mildred (Ryder) Britner, as well as her brother and sister-in-law Frank (Britt) and Kathy Britner, and sister Jane Britner. Left behind are her brother and sister-in-law Kenneth and Nancy Britner, and sister Joanne Britner.

Ruthie graduated from Masconomet Regional High School in 1974, she later pursued her passion for helping others by obtaining her certification as a Medical Assistant from Hesser College in 2010. Her career was a testament to her caring nature, as she found her true calling working with the elderly at Atria Senior Living in Newburyport. Her warmth and compassion made her a beloved figure among both colleagues and residents alike.

She shared a beautiful life with her devoted husband, David Albright, and was a stepmother to Raymond and Nikki Albright. She also enjoyed three sisters-in-law, Karen, Tracy, and Tammy. Ruthie's memory will live on in her many nieces and nephews with whom she shared a special bond.

Ruthie's interests were as kind-hearted as she was. Her love for animals reflected her gentle soul, and her enthusiasm for NASCAR echoed her zest for life. She will be remembered as a loving, kind, and friendly presence.

Ruthie's legacy is one of love and laughter, of kindness and compassion. She leaves behind a tapestry of memories that will be cherished by her family and friends. Ruthie's family would like to thank Amy Rock for being a wonderful friend to Ruthie over the years. Your compassion has been a great source of comfort to all.

As we bid farewell to Ruthie, we celebrate the joy she brought into our lives. May she rest in peace, knowing that her spirit will continue to inspire acts of kindness and love in the hearts of those she touched.
