Robert Cudmore Obituary

Robert E. Cudmore passed away peacefully on Saturday December 12, 2020 at the age of 90. Born in Peabody, MA. He was the son of the late Cecil R. and Lucille (Arsenault) Cudmore.

He lived most of his life in North Salem until moving to Middleton to be closer to family. He resided in Middleton for twelve years. Robert was a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force serving during the Korean Conflict. After returning from the service, he worked at Borden Chemical Comp. for most of his life.

Robert know by many as “Uncle Bob” enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved the outdoors, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, walking and bike riding. But his real passion was scuba diving. He especially enjoyed his dive in the Cayman Islands with his nephew Eric for his 80th birthday. He rode his pedal bike every day and did that until the age of 89. People may also remember him for having funny nicknames for people.

He is survived by his sister Joan Di Paolo of Danvers, and sister Carol Cudmore of Middleton, and several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Richard C. Cudmore, Donald W. Cudmore.

His Funeral Services will be private and held at a later date.
