Richard N. Pace, 80, of Middleton, MA passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on March 25, 2023. He was born in Medford, MA and was the son of the late Vincent and Josephine (Puccia) Pace.
Richard was raised and educated in Medford High School where he studied Business. He took his education to his first job at Howards clothing where he worked through the ranks to become general manager. After leaving there he partnered with several people to start a vending machine company. He worked in the vending machine industry for 35 years until he retired in late 1998. He then went back to his roots and worked part time at Milton’s clothing in Braintree, MA. In his free time Richard enjoyed boating, fishing, and relaxing by the pool and spending time with family.
Richard is survived by his loving wife Ann Marie (Ciampa) Pace. Father of Robert Pace Ciampa of Middleton and Debbie Lanza and her husband Christopher of Wakefield, Adored grandfather of Nicolas, Christian, and Marissa Ciampa, Jianna and Joseph Lanza. Brother of the late Vincent and Arthur Pace also Frank and Joseph Massaro. Richard is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visiting hours on Thursday March 30th from 4-7 pm at Mackey Funeral Home, 128 S. Main St. (Rt.114), Middleton, MA. His mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday March 31st at 10:30 am at St. Agnes Church Boston St. Middleton, MA. If attending his mass, please meet directly at the church. Burial will follow at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody, MA.
