Margaret Marie Miedzionoski, known affectionately to friends and family as Peggy, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2024, at the age of 98 in Beverly, MA.
Born on October 14, 1925, in Lowell, MA, Peggy was the cherished daughter of the late Edward P. Cardoza and Virginia Q. Cardoza.
Professionally, Peggy was a dedicated and hardworking individual. She spent many years at the Crayon factory in Danvers before dedicating forty years of service at Hotwatt in Danvers.
A parishioner of St. Mary’s Parish in Danvers, Peggy was a devout member of the Catholic Daughters of America, where she found immense joy in fellowship and service. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, and she lived it with kindness and grace.
Peggy was the epitome of vitality. She frequented the gym until the impressive age of 80, Additionally, her love for line dancing kept her active and brought her immense joy. Described by those who knew her as loving, kind, and friendly, Peggy's presence was a gift to all, and she will be missed.
She was the beloved mother of Lucy Miedzionoski Grey of Beverly, MA, David Miedzionoski of Simpsonville, SC, and John and his wife Donna of Beverly, MA. Leaving her grandchildren Robert Grey, David Miedzionoski, Andrea Miedzionoski, Daniel Miedzionoski, Erin Miedzionoski, and Jessica Miedzionoski, as well as her great-grandchildren Tyler and Stephen. Also leaving several nices and nephews. Peggy was predeceased by her loving husband, Louis Miedzionoski, her son in-law Roger Grey, her grandson Brian Grey, and her daughter-in-law Brenda Miedzionoski.
