M. Elizabeth (Jewett) Oakes

M. Elizabeth ( Jewett ) Oakes, 85, of Danvers, MA passed on August 8, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Eben and Ruth ( Kimball ) Jewett.

Mrs. Oakes was educated in the Middleton and Danvers school systems and later graduated from the Salem Hospital School of Nursing in 1956.

She was the devoted mother of Fletcher David Oakes of Maryland and Stephanie Ellen Oakes of Danvers. Grandmother of Samuel and Emma Oakes of Maryland. She was the sister of Eben Clark Jewett of VT. and the late Richard Jewett. Mrs. Oakes also leaves many nieces and nephews.
