Justin G. Pappas-Kirk

Justin G. Pappas-Kirk, 30, of North Andover passed away on Tuesday, February 7th, 2023, at home. Justin grew up in North Andover, MA and was a graduate of North Andover High School class of 2011. He was a proud food service worker, and worked at many restaurants in the area, his current and final job being Pizza Mia in Tewksbury where he was a highly valued employee. Justin loved the nature of New England, spending a lot of his time walking around Weir Hill and at the ocean in Ogunquit, ME and skiing at Gunstock Mountain. You may remember him cruising around town on his longboard or working at the skate park at the NAYC.

A gifted artist and musician, he excelled in AP Art in high school andwent on to study Studio Art at UMass Amherst through his junior year. Justin played a mean guitar and had a sweet singing voice, playing in a band with his friends growing up. In his free time, he enjoyed being on the computer working on his electronic music beats as an adult. And of course, as with the majority of his peers, he loved his video games! Justin loved sushi, steak tips, lobster and his Reese’s peanut butter cups which he would reluctantly share with his dad every so often!  A jokester and free spirit at heart, he was sure to make you laugh.

Justin is survived by his loving parents Lauri Pappas-Kirk and Peter Kirk, his loving sister Alyson Pappas-Kirk, his devoted Nana Jeanie Kirk, as well as many precious aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss him dearly! His mom, dad, and sister were proud and inspired by him and want you all to think of any nice memories you have of him and hold them close. It would mean the world to them to know, although he lived a short life, he won't be forgotten!!

Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Wednesday, Feb 15th from 3-7 PM at Mackey Funeral Home, 128 S. Main St (RTE 114), Middleton, MA. At the end of the wake there will be a sharing of remembrances. We ask that anyone with fond memories of Justin to please share them. His graveside funeral will take place on Thursday, February 16th, at 11 AM at Ridgewood Cemetery, 177 Salem St, North Andover, MA 01845 followed by a celebration of Justin's life beginning 12pm at Salvatore's, 354 Merrimack St, Lawrence, MA 01843. Please meet at Mackey Funeral Home beforehand at 10 AM for a funeral procession or arrive at the cemetery by 11am.
