Elliott Eftim

Elliott Eftim, age 73, of Beverly, Massachusetts, passed away on August 22, 2026, in Beverly, Massachusetts, surrounded by the love and memory of the family and life he cherished. 

Born on August 27, 1952, in Salem, Massachusetts, Elliott lived a life marked by warmth, humor, and a steady devotion to the people closest to him. He was the beloved son of Angelina (Kappotis) Eftim and the dear brother of Andrea Eftim. Those who knew him best will remember a man whose presence brought comfort, laughter, and a sense of ease to any room he entered. He carried himself with a kind spirit and a genuine appreciation for the simple joys of life, and he made lasting impressions on all who had the privilege of knowing him. 

Elliott was a loving father to Stefani Eftim, and his family remained the center of his world throughout his life. He found great happiness in being around those he loved, and he treasured time spent with family above all else. Whether gathered for a quiet visit, a shared meal, or a lively conversation, Elliott valued those moments deeply. His love for his family was steadfast and sincere, and he expressed it not only in words, but in the countless ways he showed up for them with care, support, and affection. 

He was also a proud and devoted grandfather to Mason Eftim, William “Billy” Simpson, and Ellie Simpson. His grandchildren brought him great joy, and he took special delight in their lives, their accomplishments, and their company. Elliott’s face would light up in the presence of his grandchildren, and he embraced the role of grandfather with pride and tenderness. The memories he created with them will remain a lasting source of comfort and love for generations to come. 

Elliott was known for his love of playing cards and dice, pastimes that reflected both his playful nature and his enjoyment of good company. He appreciated the spirit of friendly competition and the laughter that often accompanied it. He also loved playing guitar and listening to music, and he found meaning and enjoyment in the sounds and rhythms that filled his days. Music was one of the many ways he connected with life, and it was a reflection of the feeling and soul he carried within him. His interests were simple, but they spoke volumes about who he was: a man who enjoyed companionship, creativity, and the pleasure of shared moments.

Elliott Eftim’s life was one of connection, affection, and enduring family bonds. He will be dearly missed and forever remembered with love by his mother Angelina, his sister Andrea, his daughter Stefani, his grandchildren Mason, William “Billy,” and Ellie, and by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
