Charles William Rotondo formerly of Medford, Massachusetts died peacefully surrounded by family on November 1, 2021. Charles was an honorable Navy “Seabees” WWII Veteran and served from October 1, 1943 to January 6, 1946. He was the proud business founder and owner Charl’s Spumoni Co. from 1950 to 1986, a family run business for almost 60 years.

He was predeceased by his loving wife of 64 years, a beloved husband of the late Concettina (Ciccia) Rotondo, who passed away in 2011. He is a cherished son of the late Filippo and Mary Rotondo of Italy and a loving brother of his siblings. Charles was an honorable father to son Philip Rotondo and wife Marcia Rotondo of North Andover, MA, son Charles J. Rotondo of Medford, MA to Pompano Beach, FL, daughter Sandra (Rotondo) Krasco of Somersworth, NH, and son Steven Rotondo of Bradenton, FL. Charles (Papa) is survived by his grandchildren Philip Rotondo and wife Erica Rotondo, Kristin Rotondo, Stephanie Rotondo, Michael Krasco, Elisa Gourley and husband Brad Gourley, Patrice Murphy and husband Shawn Murphy, and Charlien Rotondo. He is also survived by his loving great grandchildren Louis Rotondo, Philip Rotondo, Elena Rotondo, Faye Grandon, Wylie Grandon, Charles Krasco, Connor Krasco, Grayson Gourley, Brody Gourley, Ariana Gourley, and Shae Murphy.
