Annette D. (Bosley) Bernard

   Annette D. (Bosley) Bernard left us on February 17, 2021 after a brief illness. She was born in Colrain, Mass. She was the daughter of the late Gordon R. and Doris A. Bosley.  After her parents’ untimely passing, she was raised by her loving grandparents Lawrence and Delia Bosley.

 A 1969 graduate of Mohawk Regional High School, she continued her education and completed a Bachelor of Science in nursing. Annette went on to work as a nurse for the VNA of Boston for more than 25 years and then as a program nurse for Ruggles Assisted Living in Roxbury before retiring in 2019. She married Carl Stewart on May 16, 1987 and enjoyed 31 years together until his sudden passing in December 2018.

She is survived by her devoted son Timothy with whom she made her home, loving granddaughters Julianna and Natalie and sisters Michelle and her husband Rob Hillman and Delia and her husband Tom Russell.

 A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Adelaide’s Parish in Peabody, MA 01960 on Friday March 5 at 11am.

 She will be laid to rest in her hometown in the spring.
