Ann L. Doyle, 65 a lifelong resident of Danvers Massachusetts passed away following a lengthy illness with her family by her side on June 14th, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Mildred Collins Doyle and late Charles H. Doyle.
Ann was a graduate of Danvers High School Class of 1973 and Salem Hospital School of Nursing Class of 1976. She spent her entire career as a nurse at Salem Hospital retiring in 2019 after 40 years in the ICU department.
Ann was an avid Boston sports fan and enjoyed watching football games on Sundays and attending Red Sox games. She enjoyed traveling especially to Aruba, Vegas and New Hampshire with family and friends. She never missed an opportunity to try a new restaurant or spoil her nieces and nephews, including their pets.
She is survived by her brother, Charles L Doyle and his wife Annie of Peabody, nephew CJ Doyle and his girlfriend Christina Favreau of Franklin, nieces Christine Fontenot and her husband Matt of Nottingham NH and Meghan Doyle and her fiancé Thomas Barnes of Danvers. She was also survived by her beloved Great Niece Shealyn Doyle of Franklin and Sister in Law Gayle Fletcher of Danvers. She was predeceased by her brother Paul D Doyle of Danvers.
She will be fondly remembered by her many friends, family and coworkers. Her family would like to especially thank the nurses and staff of Salem Hospital for the great care they gave her in her final days. It was comforting to know she was surrounded by people who truly cared for her.
